Is it possible to display a new field with some values in ALV without adding this field in Z table?

yes it is. Just declare an internal table in your report with additional fields and try to display alv using cl_salv_table or cl_gui_alv_grid.

An ALV renders an internal table, not a database table. It means that an ALV may display anything.
