SAP Web-based Resource Management (RM) application

Dear Expert,

I'm configuring SAP MRS to work with NN Resource and I would like to create some anonymous resources on MRS and see them on Planning Board as resources on resource list.

However, I have one doubt, is it possible the Web-based Resource Management (RM) application working with PM Service Order configuration or just only with PS (Project System)?
