production order not doing backflush for components without batch assigned

The production order has 2 components with batch assigned in the component view and 2 other components without batch but with blackflush indicator assigned,

I have production confirmation coming from MES, when doing confirmation for one production order, the components consumed with mvt type 261 are only the 2 components that has batch assigned, and the ones with backflush indicator are not being consumed and does not appear in COGI.

Any idea why this is happening?

while doing confirmation(with 101 mvt) it will show the component because you checked backflush while doing confirmation.

run MM03 and check those two components - look at tab MRP2 - there should be 'Backflush' field NOT blank.

anyway compare components (open 2 sessions with MM03) - one which was backflushed and another which was not.
