Delivery note from purchase order

Hello friends,

how can I find the delivery note number from a ZXRO DX (Remanufactured Order)? The purchase order does not reference the delivery the material was sent out on - is there another place this information is stored?

Does SAP tie the delivery to the purchase order somewhere? Thanks in advance!
