Webservice from Static Adobe form

Hi All

We are having a problem in consuming a web service from static Adobe form. However, the same service can be consumed from the interactive Adobe form.

I have seen previous posts mentioning that the web service can be called from static adobe forms as well. I am just wondering if there is some additional set up to be done in ADS. Any help is appreciated.
