Open Channel: Recommended Package Size

Hello together,

it is recommended by SAP to use a package size of 200 contacts when sending out data via open channel integration. That means for example if a call center receives data of about 2000 contacts they would recieve 20 files instead of one file.

That leads to several problems and they can not handle the huge amount of files for the same campaign. Does there exist any way to avoid these small packages anyhow?

Hi Oliver,

to be honest the only way I see is to solve this on CPI side. We solved it in a similar case via saving the data in a data store and later on a collector job is cleaning this data store.
