Web service issue consuming from c4c side

Hi Expert,

we have a requirement in which we are created O data in ISU , we are trying to consume SOAP to C4C side.

we have consumed the service successfully in c4c side.

When we click on "Test Service Operation" We have seen the structure is something different.

Every field is repeated twice.

Any one have idea what is the reason behind it.

Hi Iqbal,

Usually this scenario occurs for the extension fields once you create a patch for your PDI solution. This happens in the development tenant(or test tenant) for the fields created from SDK because

fields from both original solution as well as patch solution will be shown in the respective webservice files. This will not be the case in the target tenant (production).

Please check from your side if this is the scenario in your case.
