Who reserved parts?

Good Day all

I am trying to investigate the WO planned by the PM planner. I believe that the person does not reserve the required parts for the WO and thus puts the task onto the technicians to reserve the spares for themselves.

Is there a type of report that I can run to see who booked the spares, maybe according to a functional location, to have an idea of what is going on? else I would need to physically go through the WO and check the action log, which is extremely tedious.

So ideally the info I would need are WO, spares and who reserved the spares

Any ideas?
