A client wants new, easy to maintain workflows for e.g. PO approvals.
The standard templates in B1 are not flexible enough, it must be possible to easily change users in a process while it's running, of course affecting only open and future process runs.
Specifically they want user groups, which can be easily maintained in B1, to be assigned to tasks instead of individual users.
Does anyone know if this is possible - or if SAP is developing further on this side?
