Is it possible to integrate SAP Marketing Cloud with LinkedIn, Instagram? If yes, what adapter or API is needed?

Hi Alex,

the upgrade for Q-tenants is planned for November 9th/10th, for P it is November 23th/24th.

(see upgrade schedule)

But I think there will be at least one release webinar, so let's see if LinkedIn-integration will be shipped with 1911 or not.

do you know if the linkedin integration in marketing cloud is still planned? There is no future roadmap for marketing cloud anymore.

And additionally in the release preview of 2011 release no slides for this integraton were shown.

I saw that there haven't been any slides in the release webinar.

I hope there will be a new roadmap soon. I think that it's still planned. Our customers are also asking for that integration. But I have no actual information regarding that topic, sorry.

unfortunately the link to the planned LiknedIn Integration is not available any more.

I could not find anything about LinkedIn Integration in the current Road Map online. Did the LinkedIn Integration have been postponed?

Hi dbadroosian,

about 6 weeks ago I had a call with some guys from SAP and they told me that LinkedIn integration is currently not on the Roadmap anymore.

But nobody was able to tell me why...

As of now, SAP Marketing Cloud doesn't offer this integration.
