Onboarding of SCP Mobile Services client not working anymore

I created a small mobile app in WebIDE and followed this procedure to onboard my mobile services client on an iPhone:

This worked fine the last few days, however, since yesterday afternoon nothing happens anymore. When I open the URL on any of my mobile devices, the Mobile Services client app is opened but nothing happens. It is still on the initial screen, no error message, no freezing of the app, nothing. I checked the URL several times for correctness and even used the QR code with the generated URL from WebIDE.

Does anybody have an idea how to solve the issue. Are there any additional logs I can check for the error. When I check the logs in SCP Mobile Services, there are no entries about a registration try or anything.
