Deactivate "Log Out Due To Inactivity"

Dear Experts,

since the 1905 Upgrade (haven't seen that before) of SAP Marketing Cloud after a few minutes due to inactivity the user gets a notification/warning that he will be logged off in X minutes.

Is it possible to remove/deactivate that functionality or to adjust the time til the popup appears?

Dear Tobias,

I assume this to be majorly in Segmentation Model.

We already have a correction and included it in 1905 hotfix collection 07. With the correction user activity in the segmentation, the tab will also lead to a prolongment of the timeout in the first tab, so that they are not kicked out as long as they are actively using the second tab.

Hi Kunal,

there's not only Segmentation Model affected. That "problem" also exists e.g. on the homescreen and in any other apps.

So will that timeout be removed again in the next release?

Yes, we 're aware and working internally on this!

The development team is already in touch with the responsible team on this. Expect a permanent fix soon.
