Posted Unit of Measure in PM order and settlement unit of measure

Posted unit of measure is EA with quantity 1

after the settlement unit of measure comes as H and no quantity .

5* cost element is for the external labor. the cost element has H as the UoM .

I want to find out where does this unit of measure conversion happens.

Why it didnt bring the quantity. your help is much appreciated

are these external services having Service master maintained? check there in AC03?

This will probably be due to the settlement Allocation or Transfer Structures in the IMG.

I would suggest you talk to your FICO Team regarding this issue.
