QM notification box - item in gray

Hello,

Is it possible to manage (by spro or by program) the item action notice.

Y want to put item in gray when i clic on a other item.

When i save the notification and i return the notice again, I do not want the options to be grayed out.

I'm not sure I'm following you. Are you talking about the action box and the actions you can take?

Maybe a screen shot or two could help

In configuration you need to see what rules for your action boxes have been set up. From what you indicate someone must have applied some. See my screen shot I've attached. This is a standard action provided by SAP for Q3 notifications in the "out-of-the-box" base configuration. The rules are set up at the bottom. I've highlighted them. I suspect that in your case, for your actions, at the very least, someone has clicked on the indicator "Only performed once".
