Hi Team,
Can you help me in this issue.
A Business User has given 14 company codes(Roles are assigned with that Company code) But while she is raising the Change request , when trying to extend an GL account for company code JP05 ,she is not able to view the Company codes(6). and remaining 8 are visible. I have checked the roles and authorization are correctly maintained. what i'm not understanding why this issue has happened.,
where do i need to check ? and get it resolved.

Here are below approaches to filter possibilities of the issues
1. Did you check if other users are getting it total 15 C.Codes ?
2. Is it the same behaviour in ECC transaction ? ( You may required auth to t.code FS00 to check this )
3. If both of above checks are positive then it might be problem in MDG application so please check if that user is assigned with auth object USMD_MDAT. You can set additional auth to a user under MDGIMG->Data Model -> Auth Relevance per Entity Type
4. Check if custom F4 help / Search help is implemented for Company code
