WBS Element missing in COPA Datasource in BW

Dear Gurus,

I am facing an issue about missing WBS elements in BW. I am using COPA datasource in BW and when I am extracting the data, I see that in some records WBS element is missing. But when I go to the base table of COPA in the ECC system, WBS element is available against that particular COPA document number.

I haven't done any modification in my datasource but still WBS is missing. Can anyone help me in solving this issue?

Field for WBS element in COPA is PSPNR.

Hi,

Check the wbs element by running the extractor in RSA3.

If u are getting the Wbs element then try to reload the data in BW.

If you are not able to see the Wbs element in RSA3 then check the documents in KE24.

If you don't see the Wbs element in KE24 then check the wbs assignment and settlement rule for the documents with help of functional team.

I have checked in KE24, KE30 and CGI3. I see WBS appearing in all of these reports. I not able to understand why is it not appearing in BW.

Can you suggest something else?

Hi Shoaib,

Will you able to see the WBS element in extractor check (RSA3) ?

If you are getting the WBS during the above check then try to identify why it hasn't been loaded to the targets. You can check the routines through out the data flow.

If it is urgent, then you can do a selective deletion and a reload in BW.
