Multiply columns by own value in Lumira Discovery

Hi, is there a chance to use own calculation and multiply some column by custom value (which is not related to other column)? Example:

What if I need values in this column multiply by 100? To have 200, 30, etc... Is that doable in Lumira Discovery 2.3 SP0? Thank you.
