S_AHR_61016380 not showing the text of old field and new field

Hi,

We enable the change log - S_AHR_61016380 to record the changes of info types and this report is being used by business users. But the users complained sometimes it is hard to read the report because it only records the values of the changes not the text. For example, please see below

As you can see the "Old Field" and "New Field" only show values, not actually the text of value. Our users want the text to identify the changes more easily. Is there any functionality for this report that we can extract the text of Field change? Any solutions?
