Unable to get the price in Sales orders

Hello,

Could you please help solve this.

I did notice in some sales orders the price is 0. Although the price of the item is defined.

when checking the conditions, i realized that the price is already defined:

Do you have any idea about what might be the reason?

Hello SCN User,

It's incorrect approach of validating condition record related to pricing condition type - PR00 for pricing problem at Sales order level. Effective approach is to revisit pricing analysis at Material line - Pricing tab which would exactly show why price is zero pertaining to the pricing procedure picked up. Please verify and share your further observation.

Hi,

Select the line item > Go to Condition tab(Item level) > Click on analysis button> there you will find the root cause as to why price is not determined.
