Download Invoice PDF from SAP PI on HTTP GET request with Invoice#

Hello SAP Experts,

We have a requirement to download Invoice PDF document from SAP on a HTTP GET request using the Invoice number. The downloaded Invoice PDF document should be sent as a base64 encoded http response.

Can this be achieved in PI using standard BAPI/FM ?
