How to cleanup Orphaned disk LOBs

Hello,

We have orhpaned disk LOBs in our solution Manager 7.2 system hosted on HANA 2.0 SPS03. The table is MES_DB_AGGREGATE has 62 GB of orphaned disk LOB.

I checked the OSS Note but could not find anything on cleanup of orphaned disk LOBs.
