Price Component in Purchase Order - SAP ByDesign

Dear Experts,

In Purchase Order, I see Price Component in Purchase Order. Do you know how I can configure it. I expect to configure it like Configure Price Strategy in Business Configuration or add other price on it to solve our problem.
