I am trying to put together an activity analysis report by sales territory. The requirement is a count of all activities for a given time period. When using the Activity analysis report the Sales Territory field does not return a single result. All activities show as Unassigned. To get results you must expand each activity and select the Sales Territory field from the expanded field list.
This is not helpful at all. I need to see the count of activities by type for each territory.
Does anyone know how to accomplish this?
