Deletion of characteristics from a Class

Dear Experts,

I am trying to delete a (Custom)characteristics from a (standard)Class using the Standard SAP program RMCLMDEL.

But whenever we try to delete, we get an error message stating AENNR number is missing.

We Checked all the linked table and unfortunately there is no AENNR number linked with this Characteristics.

The error message we receive is "Change to classification data requires change numb"

Also, all the allocation of these characteristics at the material and other levels has been removed.

is there any other way to delete the characteristic or any other solution for this.
