Unknown Action Error in Business Process Flow



One of our users is getting an "Unknown Action" error message when running one of our Business Process Flows from the BPC Web. After the user runs the second step, he gets the unknown action error message.

I'm not sure if there's something wrong with the actual process in the Admin Console or not but below is an image of the step that the user says caused the "Unknown Action" error message to come up.

We currently are on BPC 10.1 SP 33 patch 2.

I couldn't really find anything else through the forums or help tickets on SAPs launch pad.
