Cost Estimate Tables for Sales Order and Production Order

HI

We are into MTO scenario.

We create Sales Order cost estimates and then production orders are created with reference to Sales Order/Item.

Can you please guide me which are the tables that record the cost estimates :

1. Sales Order & Item - Cost Estimate Tables

2. Production Order - Cost estimate Tables

I saw some entries in KANZ table but could not understand as there are many fields with same name:
