SAP S/4HANA 1610 Fully Activated Appliance - Fiori Issues

logs.txtWe recently spun up a CAL instance of SAP S/4HANA 1610 Fully Activated Appliance on AWS. We have done the most basic configuration of purchase requisition approvals to demo approvals of reqs through Fiori on a mobile device.

When we open the My Inbox app, and click on a workitem, we're presented with error "Could not display data. Contact your system administrator."

Using transaction /IWFND/ERROR_LOG, I've extracted the log, which points to two errors: "No system alias assigned to user 'THITRA' service 'ZC_PURREQUISITION_FS_SRV_0001 and SID 'S4H' CNT '100'", and "Resource Chip not found." Full logs of the errors are attached.

Unfortunately, with this being our first foray into HANA or Fiori, I am not really sure where to go from here in term of either troubleshooting or fixing the problem. If anyone is willing to provide some insight, it would be greatly appreciated.
