Version management in sap ABAP

Good Afternoon. Every body,

Question : " In SE24/ SE37 of ZXXX_XX_DPC_EXT, i.e. , when working on OData how to track changes who changed at what time in Development server, i.e. when Transport Request is not been transported to Quality / Production, because for particular project many developers are working ?. So, how to track which person did this, Is there any TCode for this where we can track. ( Version management can be used to track when object is transported to Quality/ production)".

Please suggest me.

You might want to check out abapGit and use the regular backup function.
