Hi Guru's

Thank you so much for your help so far in learning and configuring IDOC's,

I am now stuck in WE19 where i am able to create new IDOC in Test system, But however my segment details are completely empty

E1PLOGI

E1PITYP

E1P0000

Where i dont see any details under E1P0000, data's are not there.. how to fill the data's here , is that to be filled Manually.. ?

How to do it automatic?

Thanks

Sriram

To complete S Nalluri comment, WE19 is for creating a test IDoc. One option doesn't propose any default values (empty IDoc), another one proposes the values from an exising IDoc, and the last one is to provide an input file with one or more IDocs to create.

If you have an IDOC number you can use the option "Existing IDOC" and change the data accordingly otherwise you need to fill all details

Hi Sandra,

To be very honest, i am not that good in IDOCS, i am just learning with your expertise replies, I wanted to generate an IDOC, which i have done through with basic type HRMD_A01, which mini master data. now i have an IDOC, however that inside IDOC i dont see any values in it. for example E1P0000 no values in it.. in WE19 i created an IDOC and filled the sender and Reciever details and all. so idoc created. But if i want values to be popped up in my Data records, how would i do it ?

Thanks

Sriram Tamil just click the blank field (concatenation of all field values of the segment):

A popup appears with empty fields, enter values:

After Okay, the input values are shown:

Hi Sandra,

Exactly, this is what i have requested, so we have to fill the values manually there right, to create an IDOC,, got it.. Just a final question.

my reciever port numbers i am able to give in we19 and creating IDOC, but that reciever port is not getting displayed when i use PFAL..

Any idea?

Thanks

Sriram Tamil Better ask a new question, with HR + IDoc tags, PFAL is the distribution of HR master data (via IDocs), I don't know what it does.

Hi Nawanandana,

Thanks for your reply as always, I need to generate an IDOC from Test system and should send out that IDOC to another test system, Basically an outbound IDOC, Basic type is HRMD_A01 and Message type is HRMD_A..

I was able to generate the IDOC brother, But inside the IDOC no HR Mini master value is there..

I attached a screenshot..

Thanks

Hi Sriram,

You will have to manually fill the segments you want to see data in.If you fill data in only certain segments, the other segments will be blank.

Hi vedanti,

Thanks for your reply, If thats the case. i am able to create IDOC in we19 with the reciever details. however in PFAL -T code i am unable to see the receiver port there.. is there anything i am missing?

Hi Sriram,

Use tcode WE20 , under Partner Type LS keep message type as HRMD_A or the message type you are using under the receiver system that you want to see in PFAL.

Let me know if this works.
