Difference from GL account and list with assets extracted from S_ALR_87011990

Hello everyone,

Me and my team are facing some problems with pulling the list with all assets and their depreciation details.

We are using transaction S_ALR_87011990 in order to extract all the assets for IP-TV.

At the end column Current APC should match GL 1530320 (and this is fine)

The problem is that we have a difference of 475 between column Accumulated Depreciation and GL account 1630320 (The account that contains the accumulated depreciation)

Any ideas where from this difference comes, how can we find it and how can we get rid of it?

Why don't you try AR01 and Check which assets has differences.

Plz also check ABST2

First, do you have the depreciation posted checkbox clicked on in the selection screen for the asset history sheet? If not, I recommend clicking it on and then comparing with the GL.

If it is clicked on and you still have a difference you can run transactions ABST/ABST2 to determine possible details of the differences.

I clicked the checkbox. No difference.

The ABST transaction do not show any difference.

I will try to generate one more time the report with AR01 and see the differences
