Can assembly scrap/component scrap be set to a static number (eg:pallet) instead of %?

In MD, I only found in MRP1 & MRP4 to set assembly scrap / component scrap in percentage. We require that during peak season, the scrap be set to an extra pallet. Is there anyway to achieve this?
