How to change Valid Values in Matrix active cell?

Hello!
How to change Valid Values in cell type EditText(or LinkedButton), which is in Matrix System Form. For example, client wants change logic in Valid Values when he starts to write part of article Item. He wants change a sort date and description Valid Values.

You can not change suggest form column in the System Form.The B1 suggest option are not support your situation. You can make the changes in the lists.
