CR40 how to delete work orders related to a work center

Dear colleagues,

What is the procedure just to delete Production Orders which are related to a Work Center. I would like to delete a Work Center but it is not posible as there are some production orders hanging around. Those Production Orders are TECO and also Settled.Do you have any clue?

Hello,

Refer Consulting Note: 352485 - Work center consulting note

Use CR40 workcenter where used list to check the usage and delete the objects appearing there.

use CA98 to delete the routing, CR15 can be used to check the where used list of capacities.

Refer sap help for Production order archiving .

in CO78 follow the steps.

1. set deletion flag and deletion indicator

2. Archive file

3. delete

You might need BASIS help to setup customization for archiving files etc, it can be called from Customizing button after selecting second button in CO78.

Also check the residence time which is set in OPJH for the order types which you are archiving.
