Can you recommend a HANA object course (not XSA-based applications)?

I would like run through a course (maybe openSAP) which deals with creating and using tables, views, stored procedures, SQLScript features and so on.

I have already gone through some of the HDI and XSA-based applications, but I would like to drop down lower, to the HANA database itself.

Can anyone recommend a good course for this? Preferably a multi-week source with a lab and an exam?
