Message V1 478 - Credit memo with service invoice reference

Hi all,

I want to create a credit memo request with a service invoice as reference. When i create the Credit Memo Request, SAP shows message V1 478 "Material in item & does not exist in plant/storage location".

My material is a service material, so it does not exist in any plant/storage location, and i don't have this problem if i try to do this credit memo without reference.

Do you know what's my problem?

I read a lot of forums talking about message V1 478 but none about service invoice.
