How to pass conditional statement in epmdimensionoverride

Hi

Time I have selected in Page axis . If I select any time period in my report , I am expecting all my previous time periods be selected along with current select period , and overrides page axis. For this I am using this function ="BAS("&"FORECAST_TIME"&")"&" AND "&"ID"&" <= "&B5 and passing into EpmDimensionOverride. But this is not working.

Appreciate your help

EPM Addin is BPC 10.1
