Long Time Create SAC Model with Import Connection

Hello,

I am creating sac model base on excel file with 6 rows and 2 columns but in SAC appear a message "Preparing Model Creation" for long time and never ends, I can´t create any model at this time, the SAC user is consuming 830mb (Import Data) because i created others import model. I create a new user and try to do the same but the message continue for long time, Please any advice.

There are several possible causes for this issue, but they cannot be investigate via this forum without access to your system.

If this issue continues, please open an incident with SAP regarding this issue on the component LOD-ANA-BI and we will investigate.
