Long Time Create SAC Model with Import Connection

Hello,

I am creating sac model base on excel file with 6 rows and 2 columns but in SAC appear a message "Preparing Model Creation" for long time and never ends, I can´t create any model at this time, the SAC user is consuming 830mb (Import Data) because i created others import model. I create a new user and try to do the same but the message continue for long time, Please any advice.
