WebIDE extensions unreachable

Two of my WebIDE(US2 server) extensions show as unreachable. The missing extensions are necessary for the MDK and a few other extensions so much of the WebIDE is locked down. These extensions were previously available and do work on another company account (US3 server). How do I correct the issue? The similar posts do not show how the problem was resolved in the past.
