VIM DP not moving to work place

Hi All,

In SAP VIM the DPs are not moving to user Vim work place due to below error "Error in Invoking DP Workflow"

In application log showing as ''The content of the field ItemVatRate has problem in conversion''

RFC SYSTEM_FAILURE Unable to interpret 5. as a number.'

Could you please help to overcome this issue.
