Content Repository Configuration issue

Dear,

We're setting up a CDN for the "Simple Repository Configuration".

Without the CDN setting, the url of an uploaded image looks like this:

https://smd-(server1).hana.ondemand.com/mcm/public/dl?shr=wlpFfh2bAXbu8MY2dY9WLT--wn1ci4hwplNSytkgNGs&obj=na2D6vaJXoz-TcoqVDTaHfeM93HRzvXG2UGMFHdoJpI

With the CDN Setting (Amazon), it becomes this: (CDN domain name (server2).cloudfront.net was entered in the content repository configuration):

https://(server2).cloudfront.net/mcm/public/dl?shr=wlpFfh2bAXbu8MY2dY9WLT--wn1ci4hwplNSytkgNGs&obj=na2D6vaJXoz-TcoqVDTaHfeM93HRzvXG2UGMFHdoJpI

But that url doesn't work.

When opening that cloudfront url directly, it resolves into:

https://smd-(server1).hana.ondemand.com/mcm/public/v1/dl?shr=&obj=

So back to the SAP Content server, but it has lost the shr and obj values...

Is there any configuration part that we have missed? :s
