Technical name of BP fields

Dear Experts,

I would like to have technical names of ALL fields of Business Partner from S4/HANA 1809 based on BP roles.

Example of a result table:

BP Role | Object/Tabs | Field Name | Table | Technical Field Name

General | Account Organization | Name | BUT000 | NAME_ORG1

Any ideas how I can extract that quickly and efficiently?
