SAP EC-CS SD Clearing error

Hi I have configured SAP EC-CS but now all SD docs cant be cleared automatically. Can you tell me what do I have to change in my Consolidation configuration??

SD Team says that in VF11 they can't clear anymore the docs...

Your post is not clear to understand what exactly you were trying to achieve. When you say clear, you also mention VF11 which is for cancelling / reversing a billing document. If you face any issue when executing some standard transaction, elaborate more on which transaction code you used, what is the business requirement etc., for better clarity.

Let me explain a bit more. I have configured EC-CS in a system where they use SD for all the billing, but no after the configuration the can't reverse the documents in the VF11, they have to do now an extra step to clear the documents and they don't want that. So If yo could tell me if there is a note to apply or something to change in order that the automatic clearing of VF11 works normally

Or is there something that I have to configure in ECCS to works with SD ???
