Actual cost is not showing in production order after the goods confirmation

I have confirmed the production order. planned order is showing but the actual cost is not showing. Please help

Hello,

At the time of order confirmation system usually uses planned activity prices from KP26 for postings. But it depends on your valuation variant assigned to your order types in OPN2 calculate actual activity prices

During variance calculation KSII we reevaluate the orders. Please check this with your CO person.

Also check any error for order in COGI or COFC

Also one more thing whenever I am changing the cost center and activity in work center its not getting changed.

Hi Raghavan,

When create a production order. whatever is cost center & activity type is present in work center. It copied into production order.

Now after creating the production order if you changed into Work center or any PP master data like BOM, WORK CENTER & ROUTING. It is not going to changed or update into production order. For updating new changes into existing production order you have to RE-READ the PP master data for production order.

all movements has been done against the po
order status is CNF DLV
still no idea actual cost is not updated and activities are not get updated in cost analysis of po

Hello

Kindly check the plan / actual cost details in the production order as like below.

Goto --> cost --> analysis

Here you can see the header and components material cost and activity cost details in plan / actual levels.

If plan cost was not updated in the production order, Please check below details

If material plan costs were not updated in the order then please check whether the fixed / moving average prices updated in costing view of material master.

If activity planprices were not updated in the order then please check whether activity prices updated against the activity types of the respective work center (Tcode KP26 for activity prices).

If actual cost was not updated in the production order, then please check the production order in COGI Transaction Code whether any post-processing errors found. If error found, please rectify it. Afterthat the actual cost will be updated.

And also Please check whether CNF DLV statuses were updated in the production order status.
Please let me know with screen shot if any further help required.
