Transaction Zl83 - Parts are freeze with status 10 to 90

Dears,

Lately we are having several issues when it comes to unfreeze parts. These brings as different errors when posting goods.

do you have a manual related how to solve freeze parts and understand why this is triggering the issue to not post the goods?
