SAP SCRIPTING for changes

Hi Leaders,

I'm working on mass uploads I need to do in scripting but I dono how to do could you please help and I have no progrmme knowledge too, can any one guide me how to do scripting I did till scripting record and oped in note pad I dono how to run the column with taking in EXCEL please help.... this is my big project..........
