sap bi 4.2 SP7 -including in the report a pre-defined prompt error since upgrade SP7

After upgrading BI4.2 SP7, it's impossible to insert in a report a pre-defined prompt valu.

The other pre-defines elements are ok : prompt summary is ok. We are obliged to refresh the document to be able to continue. We applied the patch 300 the problem is still there. We tried with different browsers : IE, firefox , same problem. Multiple customers have the same problem.

Is it a bug fix ? Any solution ?
