Relicencing new hardware for SAP One Business

Hi, Our SAP machine was very old and died but our licence is lifetime.

We follow all the steps on launchpad.support.sap.com to download a new licence using the new Hardware Key.

We were able to download a licence with all our sub-licences and end date 31-12-2099, so it looks very OK.

We are able to login on the system with this new licence and that's it!

WE CAN ONLY LOGIN! Every other function is blocked with the screen error "You cannot open this window with your current licence"

So I guess launchpad.support.sap.com only create fake useless licences?

Tried help with our Brazilian partners, with SAP ExpertChat Support and still waiting for a solution.

Please check after license import you assigned licenses to users correctly in license administration
