Hi, what means SY-MSGNO 061 and SY-MSGID E0 ?

Hi,

message number is 061 and message id is E0.

check it se91

the message is <b>EDI: IDOC '&' is currently locked</b>

SY-MSGNO -> message no.

SY-MSGID -> message id

u can chk this out in se91.(enter the message id E0, chk no. 061).

i think SY-MSGNO and SY-MSGID are specific to the function modules , it varies from Function module to function module

Go to SE91 and give the Message class and number and check out what is the message that is getting printed.
