​Server based Groupware Integration

Hi Everyone, I have been working with a Server based Groupware Integration implementation and have two questions for anyone who can help:

1.- Which security roles or profiles should have user used in the Groupware Connector to communicate with CRM? Is there a standard role suitable for this?

2.- My landscape includes two different Microsoft Domains each one with its own Exchange organization, it’s supported to have the Groupware Connector + Default Proxy in one domain and a second Proxy in the second domain connected to that same Groupware Connector?
