Single boxed field appears at page break, Adobe Forms

I've an Adobe Form with a table (example attached). The table is in a subform, which allows page breaks within the content (as does the page generally). The line items are set to not allow page breaks. The table has 5 columns. At a page break within the table, caused by overflow, the line items that don't fit on the current page (20 to 40) are correctly shifted to the next page. But under the preceding line item (Pos. 10), under the fifth column (Gesamt) only, there is an additional cell.

I've tried all kinds of settings on the form, but cannot make this go away. Any hints?

I'm not an expert but this looks like a cell for a total, could there be some kind of a footer or a total line added somewhere sneakily? In Smartforms, it could be buried in the table settings.

I'll check the fields that hold summation and see if there's something there.

This is a form I've inherited - I'm tempted to scotch it and create a new one from scratch...

jelena.perfiljeva 's comment got me going in the right direction. At the bottom of the line items were three fields, one for subtotal, one of tax, and one for grand total. These fields were set to be footer fields. That's great when you want them to appear at the bottom of the table on each page - but we only want them at the end of the table.

I changed them to body fields and now it works as desired.

I figured it out by searching here how to do a subtotal per page - using that to work out how to remove a subtotalling field.
